You just had your 21 foot jump shot jammed down your throat. That’s the fifth time this game, not to mention the three layups that have been rejected. It’s frustrating, infuriating and just plain embarrassing. You can dribble as well as anyone, you get 10-15 assists per game and you can defend better than anyone on the team, until they take a shot and then there’s nothing you can do. You have all of the tools you need to become an all-conference player except that you just can’t elevate. You need to figure out how to jump higher in basketball.

You have been told by your coach that if you could just manage to keep your shots from being blocked and in return get some shot blocks of your own you would be assured of a college basketball scholarship.

What would it be worth to be able to jump just 10 inches higher?

In this case wouldn’t it be worth hundreds of dollars and wouldn’t you do just about anything?

Well I am here to tell you that there are programs out there that can do just that. Programs that provide technics, nutrition plans, exercises and even one on one coaching. You see, it takes more than just a weight vest or a pair of special shoes to get the kind of results that you are looking for. It takes a complete program to learn how to jump higher in basketball. And most of these programs are guaranteed. So you really don’t have anything to lose by giving this a try, but look what you stand to gain.

Most of the decisions that I make in life are based on risk reward. What do I stand to gain versus what I could lose? With this in mind it should be an easy decision to find a legitimate program that helps you to jump higher in basketball and give it a try.

Being 5’6" tall I wish I would have known about this when I was trying to play.

I wish you all the best.
